～Super premium ice cream with fantastic flavors!～
Where else can you find a store where they let you try all the flavors you want before buying? That is exactly the case at Sebastian’s Ice Cream Studio. Each bite from the ice cream is bursting with flavor! What I love most about Sebastian’s is that all of their flavors are filled with chunks and chunks of the best ingredients and it is denser and more compact than the commercial brands that are available in the market!
All are fresh and made by hand. One scoop is definitely enough to fill you up. We tried the Blueberry Cheesecake which was filled with Blueberry sauce (not from the can), graham chunks and cheesecake ice cream. It felt like eating frozen cheesecake rather than ice cream, with the dedication to authentic ingredients! We also had the Pistachio Ice Cream filled with lots and lots of real pistachios.
The Peanut Butter Cookie Dough is also heaven for chocolate and peanut butter lovers. Again, there are nothing but chunks of peanut butter cookie dough and choco chips in every bite! Other flavors include “Up All Night”, coffee ice cream with choco chunks and “Macadamia White” white chocolate ice cream with macadamia nuts and white chocolate chunks. They also have sugar-free flavors for those who are watching their weight or health.
Chilly Burger – P110.00
The Chilly Burger, Sebastian’s version of an ice cream sandwich is very creative and unique in its own way. True to the Sebastian name, the Chilly Burger is filled with nothing the best down to its core. We tried the Fudge Truffle Chilly Burger which is Vanilla Ice Cream sandwiched in between two homemade Chocholate Chip Cookie rolled in Cocoa Powder. But the goodness doesn’t stop there, the core of the “burger” is filled with chocolate fudge. For P85.00 a scoop, you’ll definitely have your money’s worth, and much more.
